Fantastic experience: Good service - Rohit

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with Cancellation and refund department. I have been misguided first that my ticket is non refundable by one of the manager. For first I thought I have lost my money and then one of my friend asked me to call airlines and help you. Airlines told me my ticket is refundable. I was surprised, I have emailed flight experts but get very late response, sometimes almost after 2 months. I always called & text and no1 get back to me except one person named Rohit and he arranged the manager to get back to me. Very poor response and no replies at all. Won’t be recommending to any1 in future.

Fantastic experience: I saw these guys online on Facebook, as I've an interest to go to Philippines. we had a chat on the phone. they were friendly, helpful, and could assist in different concerns. I found them on my bike ride. office is nice, better than more expensive offices, assistance in person was very good, very friendly, advice was awesome. I've a bit to do in my homework for Philippines yet definitely recommend going to these guys to book tickets wherever you want to go. travel insurance a definite must! very good prices even for business class! :-) definitely check there guys out :-)
