Fantastic experience: I had experienced the service of house of travel's staff that they were providing the needs of their costumers as soon as possible. Fast and quick service.

Negative experience: I rang up to get flight prices and briefly spoke to Rachael who was so unhelpful and hung up on me. I didn't even get to give her my full itinerary. She wanted me to do the work for her by e-mailing her instead of her taking my information. I could feel her eyerolling me through the phone. My family has used Calder & Lawson before. I would discourage them from using them again. Terrible service.

Positive experience: This outlet has moved around the corner from the old house and was not upgraded on our GPS.. House of Travel you need too put correct address up plse..we finally found the new premises, the agent was very friendly, we got all our travel sorted and paid.. so now off on another adventure..thank you House of Travel..

Fantastic experience: The agent handling our requirements was (and still is) really attentive and positive. All of our needs and expectations were met with total ease. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and highly recommended.

Negative experience: Like you, I find the receptionist doesn't answer the phone, I don't have an extension for the agent who has been emailing me and I'm frustrated at not getting more information. I am trying to decide which route to travel AKL to LHR business class in July. I was offered 1 airline. When I inquired about a specific airline, a fare was sent by return email but I haven't any idea of the advantages of 1 over the other. I've not been asked about hotels, excursions or anything. I'm very disappointed
